The villa
A stunning modern “boho” designed villa on a landscaped flat plot, close to the town of Moraira and just 500 metres (a 7-minute walk) from the beautiful Bay of Baladrar.
We love the Ibiza-style design: floor-to-ceiling wrap-around windows that bring the inside and outside together, the private, tranquil garden, the huge wrap-around terrace and the master bedroom terrace with a view of the Mediterranean sea.

Location
Situated between Valencia and Alicante, the south-facing town of Moraira and its bays have been welcoming visitors for over 50 years. It is one of the cleanest resorts on the Costa Blanca, well maintained and with 8 km of pristine coastline.
With 300 days of sunshine a year, summers are hot but cooled by the sea breeze, while winters are mild, protected by foothills that grow Muscatel grapes for wine-making.
We recommend flying into Alicante or Valencia and renting a car for the most freedom. Private transfers and taxis are easily available and we're happy to help arrange one.

Lovely modern house decorated with good taste. Stunning pool area surrounded by a beautiful garden… Well equipped big kitchen and nice outdoor dining area made it super easy and enjoyable to cook family diners. Also a great, big supermarket is in walking distance. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet.
